HQ MLG stream is good, the free is just..... utterly terrible cannot watch it at all.

So what does "HQ Live" mean? - I mean I hate to be sarcastic (no, I really don't actually) but what do YOU think "HQ Live" means.
Of course I'm paying for it - read all my posts on this, the PAID HQ stream bitrate and resolution is pretty low and I'm in Australia, accustomed to shitty video due to our links.
None the less, - Korea, 120ms away, provides worse SC2 streams than most American games.
I think IEM was in Europe wasn't it? about 4 or 5 months ago? That too was much better than GOM.
