When IdrA loses, his opponents are just better^^ I remember him claiming marine tank was gimmicky back when it wasn't the norm. Maka was the only pro doing it. Now it's imbalanced. Haypro and GanZI both played really well.
Edit: As in he claims it is, I'm not saying it is

Wow, Haypro got really outplayed on the last map.
And Yes Nazgul u might say that. Haypro was never able to do actively anything about it.
Marines are so strong. I feel like we slowly wittness that Ling/Bling/Muta wont be the answer to Terran anymore, without infestors it seems pretty much impossible to hold against that well microd Marines and Tanks. Mutas seem to fail to pressure the terran in base and in the battle.

I sure do hope so! That would have been awsome. Would be cool to see some one like morrow winning NASL too!

If the expo's didnt keep getting rine spammed haypro would have had game 2.
Bad luck haypro mate. You definitely played at your best. Its unfortunate you got paired against ganzi.
Yeah and if my expansions never got attacked I'd probably be in the GSL as well

poor haypro, wish him good luck in the future, but Ganzi man, he is SIIICKK guess its coming from his broodwar days

I think infestors are going to become super crucial for zerg engagements on these bigger maps. Since Terminus is so huge and it's so troublesome to get creep everywhere, your engagements are all going to be slower. You really need the infestors to lock down the marines from kiting your slower banelings into the tank lines. And yea I know about Byun's game, so maybe it'll just come down to infestor vs ghost control.

its just marines are just way too expendable to be hardly balanced...
can we only ONCE not shit on the player, not drag it into balance QQ and just accept that one player just played better ?
hayder played good/great. ganzi played better. thats all there is to it.

He won 1 big engagement, lost all the others, stopped some little drops, forgot to cancel 5 hatches, got outdropped/positioned @ 4/5 hatches which were up and running. If anything it was the map that let him stay this long in the game. I never felt he had an edge over Ganzi, the dude was just all over the place. It's a shame he had to play him, but that's just the way it works. Better luck next time
(what I liked is that he got equal upgrades, at least he isn't as forgetful as Idra :p)

Haypro had one shot to win the game after he had destroyed all of Ganzi's army and still had a huge flock of mutas. Unfortunately, he decided to go after an expansion (and didn't even finish it off). I was really hoping he would go for the production facilities and try to to end it there.

i like the questions from john, and how he handels the interview, even though you see clearly he's very nervous
john fighting!

Johns only in Gold league cause he is wants to be. He could beat MVP if he wanted, he just wants to keep cool.

Haypro really needed infestors, offcreep banelings that can't catch stimmed marines are painful to watch. But Ganzi is a real beast, no shame losing to him.
On other note, how do marines scale with upgrades, battle.net site says +3 with each level, that would explain that insane dps. Isn't that a bit too much for 50 min. level 1 unit? T_T

Haypro is decent but he not at the level of other players. He couldnt even win on a zerg map lol. He needs to go back home or reroll terran.

In BW Zergs were able to defend their bases easier...Lurkers, Defilers and most importantly patrolling Scourges for the dropships...Sc2 Zergs don't have the necessary means to properly defend their bases...I'm not sure, if infestors with fungal and some lings are enough.

What... how can you even... say this... Did we watch the same games? Do you have any idea how to actually judge a player?
Link me your sc2ranks account because frankly this is a horrible thing to say without evidence that you actually know what you're talking about.

Like 1 time in two games. He should have tried more often. You need to do way more damage with your mutas. And Ganzi hadn't a lot of turrets.
GanZi didn't need a lot of turrets in his main because he pressured Haypro into needing his mutas for defence. By filling two medivacs full of marines you need your entire muta squad to come and kill it. If you bring only Zerglings, he lifts all the marines and keeps going inbetween expansions, so you need to bring back your mutas. Also, if you ever try to defend a Marine-Siege push without Muta's to actually deal the damage and kills the Tanks... well... good luck.
It was a good game between two good players.

July over MVP, it was kind of a fluke but still interesting, I'm sure July has a shot at winning code S but must deal with MC first, and of course Jinro.
