I'm convinced HuK is currently the strongest foreigner, he just needs to take some bigger tournaments so people will recognize that. But it's not easy doing that while in Korea as you only have one shot per month. I remember when TLO was in Korea, he would play one game in a month. And that's all. And now that he's back in Europe, he's all over the place, and you can see his progress and strength easily. And that's something you really can't see when the player only shows up once or twice a month.

In Broodwar if the Koreans dropped a game, it still was an insane fight to get a game from them.
