Yes, everything except practice league is played on Faster.

PPD timing pushes are pretty much hard countered by phoenix builds. So Jinro smartly cancelled his raven at seeing the phoenix. But he's a bit behind.

The last time MC met Jinro i think MC countered Jinro's build 3 times in a row or something. MC knows Jinro inside out probably.
