Yeah, they really shouldn't know who they're gonna play next round. Like the ql tournament at Dreamhack, i think it was, where people were throwing games left and right to try to get the opponents they wanted.

Throwing games is risky, but it's a valid tactic that was apparently used in some old SC1 tourneys for similar reasons.
