This is the official thread for the Starcraft 2 League (SCLeague) Season 2!

PLAYER STATS
Format:
SCLeague is divided into a 5-week Regular Season, followed by the Playoffs, with an All-Star Invitational in between. The Playoffs will be top-8, cross-divisional and seeded based on points awarded for matches won.

TEAMS: please submit your lineups at least 30 minutes before the match!

Casting will be done by GosuGamers! There will be two streams, the first stream handling matches 1 and 2, and the second handling the 3rd match of the night:

SCL S2 Is finally ready to start!
Without going for a huge wall of text, season 2 is pretty much here. Division 1 will be as follows.

Division 1 will be playing all there matches on Tuesday. tQ has until the 6th of January to email the league with there team ID or they will be removed and replaced.

I'm recently a new mod of SCL. (started just after the qualifiers).
Can you go back and check your outbox of when you sent this email and to what address. It should have been scleague@hotmail.com. I am logged into our staff email for SCL and not seeing any email from cF as an application. Let me know what email address you sent it from and I will be sure to check the SPAM box to make sure it wasn't misplaced.
For Season 3 there's going to be a much bigger qualifier and I am working on trying to persade Moo n company to expand to 16 teams.

ah np bkrow, we REALLY appreciate the words of encouragement. Yes Mihai saw how murder played vs dde, very tank/maurader heavy, so he got a good contain in the middle of the map and went mass viking banshee, picked a lot of tanks and bio and was able to push in for the win.

Ugh connection issues really ruining the cast. 3/6 having to be cast with no video feed now...
Namhcir's steppes build was amusing. Would be nice for DDE to close this out for NrG now, but without reliable stream now I guess I'll just hope for a vod tomorrow or something

we had 3 players online so i had to revive mihai to play vs namhcir. ONE decided namhcir shudnt play so they revive and subbed bubbles in Even though we were losing team they got to pick the matchup at the end which i find kinda pointless >.<

I think Time is doing a huge 3 gate push, chornoing gateways means he's going to push soon. Warpgate about to finish, but Idra has roaches and lings, and with sufficient micro should hold. It'll come down to how good the lings get on the stalkers and not the zealots

forelmashi, you can find a majority of the replays in the battle reports, if you check the previously played games. A good number of the teams have the replays hosted on their own websites, if they're not on SCLeague itself.

And I think it's not the first time either.
I really, really wanted to watch some games (it's almost 03:00h where i love) before i go to sleep and i get this jerk eating lasagna.
Just one more thing that makes GosuCoaching premiere league >>>> SGL.

Lols, We agree complteley GCPL is better then SGL, probably SCL as well, because ya no, they have like 2.5K more prize pool? But what would the community be without people bashing on stuff done at no charge to them.
Also GoSuGamers and SCL are simply partners ( they cast are games for us, we give them stuff to cast) not technically related.
TL:DR <--- for a very short post. If your going to mindlessly bash on something, atleast call it the correct name.

I think you're just jealous that I had lasagna. To be honest there was a couple times I had forgotten my microphone was on and I felt bad for that. Though I'm not quite sure how you could hear drool, I know that I was drinking a vanilla coke but, you sir have amazing hearing.

Regular season is ending tonight. Has been a great season, once again running with no issues.
Seedings will matter! with a division of NrG ONE EG and vVv anybody can take out anybody come playoff time! The only change in playoff position is if sPs can manage to jump vVv. They would need to gain 7 points on vVv although 6 ties them because vVv won the head to head back in week 1. Going to have some great games, make sure to tune in!

We will be opening up a EU team league, more info can be found here.
Season 3 American SCL applications are also open and can be found here.
ROOT and Vile will play the division 1 finals at 10 PM EST THIS TUESDAY! And the event will as always be casted by GosuGamers.

Just a couple things to update you guys on.
The finals between ROOT and vVv will be this Thursday ( March 10th) at 9PM EST and will as always be casted by GosuGamers. The winner will receive 500$.
We are trying to get are finances in order before qualifiers, as alot of team's want to no what there competing for before they sign up. With that being said applications for the American and EU league will still be accepted, and we will close them Sunday March 13th 11:59 PM EST. SO KEEP APPLYING!

SCL S2 ending with an impressive showing from one of the best players in North America. Are season 3 is going to be massive. Opening up 2 new leagues ( A euro league, and a teir "a" as well as "s") Which will put us up to a grand total of 36 teams competing in are REGULAR SEASONS! ( Most leagues qualifiers are smaller then this :D) To prepare for this, and the fact that we are moving to a new website, we will be waiting a week or so to get everything situated. So stay tuned!
