Also, Incontrol isn't just a funny guy, he's got a real poetic side to him. I can't remember the exact wording but at one point during Janook vs WhiteRa game 3 he goes: "A holocaust of storms, and from the ashes an archon is forged." That's probably the most baller way I think you can describe an archon morph.

Did iNcontrol make them pull an Ascension ?

Would be nice to hear something about the finals and results, those seem pretty hard to come by.

The finals have not been played yet. Morrow's connection crapped out 3 times so they decided to reschedule for sometime this week. Official time of the finals has not been announced yet since they have a lot of people to coordinate with. The rest of the results are in the OP.

Wow I can't believe they're using my overlay application that's so cool! If any of the reddit guys or casters see this and have anything you would like me to add into the application to help make your jobs easier shoot me a PM. I would be happy to make some modifications for tournaments/casters of this notoriety. GL/HF in the finals!

Great tournament overall, can't wait for the finals. It was already super late for me last night so i'm glad i can hopefully watch it live !!

my feedback:
-i know u guys heard it 100x times but i don't think it can be said enough. Jtv sux it lags even in 240p (which isn't even watchable). I watched in best most of the times but when it failed, it lagged hard. Get sponsered by ustream next time plz!
-Something was off with the encoding. It was "blurry". The text wasn't clear in best at all. I'm sry i thought i had saved a screenshot but it looks like i haven't.
-too long intro. video was nice but they were way too long to be shown that many times

Something 30s short to plug the tourny/reddit/sponsors would have been better in my eyes then the super long intro everytime.
-Putting outdated bracked on the screen was kinda annoying. I believe it happened a couple times? I'd rather not be shown one then something outdated/false

Lag had nothing to do with my internet, ppl on chat were complaining too when i lagged. And i'm also sure the video problem isn't on my end.

Great matches from what I got to watch. I actually have really been loving Justin.tv, their iPhone app is phenomenal. It is easily 10 times better then the crap UStream put out. Plus it is awesome to be able to watch these games while at work away from my computer

WhiteRa vs. Morrow couldn't be a better final, can't wait for them to be played. Hopefully Morrow can hold a connection next time.

I want to say that i really appreciate Justin TV. The whole experience was very smooth and convenient. I find it very fast and reliable especially after they do away with the stupid country viewers cap. Thanks for sponsoring this great event.

In any case, an event with 15000 live viewers will probably have lag issues no matter what to a number of people. Day9's stream on Ustream consistently has people complaining about lag as well ( 5000-6000 viewers on average)

Your app really rocks! The ability to add the image overlay through your app, and have that image be a .gif, worked out really well for us. Big kudos and a thank you to you sir.

With regard to Justin.tv, and really, all streaming sites. Put simply, their not perfect. Day[9] struggled for months to handle more then 3-5k people on his ustream. Livestream limits your bitrate upload to 500kb (we were uploading video and audio at more then 1.5MB). Justin.tv doesn't set any limits at all... limitless bitrate upload, limitless users on your stream, and it's all completely free. Plus their rev share is INSANE! There making it a goal to provide a platform for eSport's and one of their goals in that process is to help finance casters and eSports communities. Then on top of all that they just streamed our tournament that brought in more then 2 million views and kept a concurrent viewer average of well over 10k. To put that in perspective, Fox Business News will do about 1.8 million, and 20k concurrent viewers.

TLDR Justin.tv rocks and it's unlikely the other streaming sites could have managed the cast at all.

Jtv is amazing, if not by anything else, because we can choose the resolution. I had to watch the TL Open on a restream but had no problems with the SCRI. Besides the games and casting (<3 TB) were top notch, keep up the good work.

Just want to add that although I did have occasional lag issues with justin.tv, refreshing the page solved the issue every single time! Great choice of streaming service in my opinion, at no points was it "unwatchable".

Also, I want to add that I wouldn't mind at all if the games were cast from replays, if it would be easier to coordinate the European players with the American commentators.

Thanks mate! I'm really glad you guys like it. And like I said, if there's ever functionality that you would like to see added to it I would be more than willing to expand it specifically for you guys since it's such a big tournament so if any such needs arise please feel free to PM me.

Holy hell, this is the best tourny I've ever seen: incredible games, awesome production, organization, and commentating.

I also want to add that the streaming service of Justin.tv is the best out there, I really don't understand why so many people complained about lag. If it lagged for me I refreshed once and it was fixed.
