Earlier there was a Lost Temple match where it went from cross position to close position on the re-game, which woul obviously have different results.
I just wonder why tourneys don't just keep re-doing until they get the original positions. If you were actually being serious, regaming until you get those positions would eliminate the need to scout. You can play a lot differently if you know where your opponent's position is from the start of the game.
It's more fair than getting a zerg on close positions
I would give my opponent full vision of my base for the first 3-4 minutes if it meant I never spawned close.

I didn't hear him say that. On the other hand, he mentioned Morrow's ISP being known to act up. And true enough, we do have a few infamous ISPs over here.

Well TSL3 prize pool is about 35k. You can't really compare the two.

Morrow and White-Ra should play on EU and stay one game ahead of the casting. The casters can cast replays as soon as they become available.
Edit: though someone would probably check match history and give spoilers :p

Very true. Been a lot of great Zergs around anyway. Morrow, Machine, Cats..And they've all got quite different styles.
Oh. And this tournament has been epic. Perfectly executed (a few hiccups like crashes and disconnects don't count at all) and some of the best games I've seen.
