You've to win four BO3s in a row to qualify and it's quite possible to meet top level players. Failing to qualify twice means very little if that's all the information we have. It's also very likely to NOT run into a top level player out of a pool of 3000. Just making the GSL doesn't mean you are a good player, see DAVIT and others. You have to consistently do well. TOP hasn't shown me is even an above-average terran from his play in this tournament and in previous.

Game 2 against Mana was one of the only bad games I've seen Fenix play all day.

Besides, I'm not even sure if we can truly say, who is the top EU gamer, and who's not. Go4sc and zotac really isn't the best measure. White-Ra, for example, tends to perform really poor in this kind of tournaments. Some top players don't even play them. We need more big tournaments with proper format and all/most top players participating.

Furthermore, you don't really have a clue who the top 10 korean terrans are, just like 99.999% of the forum. Including me. dunno where you got this piece of information from, but naama surely is a top tier european lol.
