How was HuK "arguably the most favorited to qualify"? That were Ret, due to his experience, and Jinro, because of his recent success. HuK certainly is an exceptional gamer and a community favorite, but one shouldn't forget the proportions there. I also hoped he'd qualify, because 4/4 TL in the RO64 would have been super awesome ... but well. Next time.

i am so excited for this gsl!!! mainly because zvt is my favourite matchup to watch but i really feel sorry for all the protoss fans.. it would be nice to have almost even race distribution..

It would give a picture of clans with highest peak skill level. Not average. If hypothetical clan A has 5000 members and gets 5 players into the GSL, they clearly have a lower average skill level than hypothetical clan B, which only has 5 members, all of whom qualified.

yes this is quite obvious.. which is why i asked for the ratio of #Ro64's to #Played In Qualifiers for each clan..
I don't really get your point..
And I didn't mean its literally a measure of average skill level.. i just meant it would give a little tiny indication, as good as we're going to get without looking at ladder rankings..

It'd be pretty tricky I imagine, since a lot of people may not have the right clan tags on.
I presume that fOu and ZeNex are very large clans, which is why they got so much representation in the ro64, despite not being stacked with only the most skilled players (as far as i can gather)

18 dec 18:00 KST.
S2 final was played 18:00 KST (on a saturday aswell)
Ro64 : Nov. 22nd ~ Nov. 25th

I have a question for TLers.
Do you actually think foreigners have a chance of winning GSL or is it just fanboyism?
Cuz everyone inside korea kinda shrugs off guys like IdrA, Huk, TLO as being more of a sideshow attraction than actual title contender. (I have friends in Korea who told me this)
