Terran has been overrepresented in every GSL and in every round besides champion, yes. Protoss was overrepresented before patch 1.1 and never since.

Pretty sure it's a mistake as he was playing Protoss during All-Stars today..
Also Ret is listed as Terran heh. TheBestfOu, ST.Monster, BitByBitPrime and Gumiho seem to be incorrect too :/
Edit: Also Junwi / GuineaPig, TSL.Rain / DreamizEr and Rache / BoggieBoy have their races mixed up as well.
