Can anyone confirm the quality of the HD stream? The last time I bought HD, the quality was no different than the SD. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, there is a pulsing. That's really distracting. I hate to complain given that the stream was up on time. I mean, if I had to pick between mess ups, I'd rather have a slight quality issue.
