He was straight up tackling FOUR colossi backed by mass gate armies with nothing but MMM and actually breaking even. Do you have any idea how ridic hard that is? Colossi are THE counter to bio, and Nony had 4 of them. Versus any lesser player that would have been a complete slaughter. Instead, Select's insane micro, targetting, and use of stim/healing/pickup with medivacs allowed him to wipe out all the colossi and almost all the gate units. Respect Select. His skills are insane.

I much rather see Select goes to the finals now. i agree with this. huk seems to have a mental block when facing idra as well. I think select vs idra would be much more entertaining

Does everything really have to be colored by these childish anti-terran attitudes? I play Terran Why?

Good Terran execution isn't as exciting or fun to watch as Zerg or Protoss. I don't understand this. How is stim kiting boring to watch? They're constantly balancing DPS versus survivability when doing this, until the medivacs are out. Tyler got cute with too many Phoenixes and just had a smaller army. stim kiting is boring because its depressingly easy. 1a click right 1a click repeat repeat repeat. any diamond player can do it almost as well. being able to macro at the same time is a different story but spectators cant see that.

He beat Silver and Painuser like beating Silver players and beat Idra 2 games in a row...all that in 2 hours of his stream I was watching that stream too and he also lost to painuser and the other two games it wasn't even close to "like beating silver players" :so I don't know what are you talking about :o

Do you expect him to randomly make stuff to be cute? Select played straight up and didn't try to rely on tricks to win, and that's 100% respectable. because watching stimrauders rape everything is boring preffer that over idra's "amazing" macro games Agreed. Zerg macro may be incredibly boring, but I'm not gonna disrespect it. Muta/Ling/Bling is just BW style + blings. I don't find anything the least bit creative about it, but I still respect it. What i like about Idras macro games is the tension, the opponent knows he has to attack to prevent from being overwhelmed, conversely Idra sacrifices alot of unit production to macro and thus rarely makes the killer units till the last few seconds. Thats the tension i like in sc2. Responding to some of the above, not the comment directly above though. I mean obviously there still a little anti-bias against Terran, but seriously select plays straight up, plain and simple. In that respect he plays similarly to IdrA who rarely deviates (not saying he's better than IdrA at all so relax).

Lol i remember in a Europe vs Asia Showmatch Sen and the Most epic comeback vs TLO on Scrap.
