The process of DLing them individually is documented on the last page.
As for naming - they match the brackets exactly. http://www.mlgpro.com/ci/brackets/procircuit/10/dc/sc2/open/winners
For example, w-r3-m3-g2 is Game 2 between TTOne and Agh_Antec in Winners Bracket Round 3.
Using this, you can pretty quickly find exactly which replay you want to watch.

It'll also depends if he wins or lose. Check the TL calender for today, they have a list of when each round will start (not sure how accurate they are though).
/edit i wrote 'tomorrow' when i meant 'today'....
