i've added dashes to signify that people in the top half of the bracket don't have to play people in the bottom half of the bracket to qualify.

am I incorrect, or is there someone named westby in the brackets? Is it possible that the entire town of Westby, Wisconsin is attempting to qualify for GSL!?
