3 Toss in the Ro8 compared to 4 Terran, and more importantly, as we've seen at the top level of play, this is a matchup with a number of viable strategies for both races, and in which the better player almost always wins. Unlike Zerg matches where I'm left thinking, "man, the Zerg played much better but still lost", at this level in PvT, the winner is nearly always the person who played better. Now, I don't think that lower levels of play are necessarily "balanced", in that a mediocre Terran will likely beat a mediocre Toss with an early marauder push, and if they don't then the mediocre Toss will likely win once he gets Storm or Colossi. But at the highest level? This is a very good matchup. Balancing going forward should be focused on buffing Zerg rather than mucking with P or T, because upsetting the PvT balance would be a shame. | ||
