Sure he wouldnt have ended the game right then and there, but here is what would have happened: Check would have been forced to keep replacing lings to avoid getting broken at any point in time before mutas are out (and even then - mass Marine/Medivac handle mutas quite well without ling/bling support). Thus he wouldnt have been able to get more drones. Eventually ITR would have just went back into his main shortly before mutas pop and expand. This would give him a pretty big advantage going into the midgame, cus Z was forced to build so many units before getting anywhere close to drone saturation. You fail to realize that this wasnt a build designed to necessarily kill Z with the first drop, its just one of the million builds that terran can do that either kill Z outright or give you a solid advantage anyways if countered. | ||

If he had not attacked with zerglings, he would killed spire and lair. If he had waited for queens and then attacked with lings , he would have had to engage him in the stairs. Rainbow would still owned check real bad. Can blizzard wake up, this game is far from balanced. | ||
