ZvZ can actually be pretty fluid amongst top level players with a lot of scouting and unit countering going on at high level play. Once saw a game between two good zergs on NA where it started bling going out to a draw, they both went to spire but one knew they were farther ahead and got theirs faster so he got corruptors with to make sure his opponent wouldnt be able to catch up at all.

So the other player went hydras, and the first one went roaches, which forced infestors, and then ultras after that.. ZvZ is pretty fluid overall kind of an extreme example but still ^^

anyways current match mutas vs roach/hydra he really needs infestors to lock down the mutas.

That's the feeling I've had from the very first day. It seems like a lot of the players are very nervous first time in the booth. Makes me wonder how the prelim were played. They weren't online, were they?
One up for the old BW pro's I guess. They should be able to handle the pressure better.

It's not reallya fake spire with the way zerg tech buildings work sometimes you make a spire and realize theres no way you can catch up in the muta count so you just never make any mutas. You'll see it actually pretty often in high level games smarter to give up and switch tech than to force the issue.
