Wow man, TLO really got the short end of the stick. If he advances he'll probably have to face Tester and then CheckPrime... Poor guy, he was looking so good too. Idra, on the other hand, only has to worry about InCa in the Ro8. TLO looked much more solid than Check overall today. Tester is gonna be tough (didja see his forcefield use? sick!) but TLO can certainly compete on that level. I'm just amazed by how much TLO's mechanics have improved. Idra said he's been training with TLO...I wonder if some of his mechanics rubbed off on TLO. | ||

Calling the Ro8: Idra-Maka Cool-Inca Tester-Check (though hoping for a TLO surprise) Ensnare-Genius (or Zenio) And if all goes well... the Final should be: Cool-Tester, which would be insanely awesome. One thing I've noticed is that Korean obs are much better at making the spectating of SC2 more exciting. That was a great choice to NOT show TLO's tanks at the back door, and finally show it right as the roaches get in range. You may say it's coincidence, but I've seen a lot of this stuff in Korean matches were someone is setting up an ambush or building lots of a surprise unit, and the obs focuses on other shit and shows the stuff at the last moment. I think foreign obs need to learn this and do more of it. I think Tasteless and Artosis' observing kept that last tank defense as a surprise too, unless you mean those guys' observing is Korean because they are over there or something. | ||

TLO completely exploited this trend and turned what was a minor hellion harass into a, I'll show up with the hellions before you even think of drone transferring and be mining from my second long before you can. Which completely put this MU upside down, it even falls under number 3 in the sense this guy was so shaken up he went pure roach the practically the entire game unsure of what he should be doing since he was almost always a base behind. | ||
