Whitera tried to go for Robo bay play and got shut down, and then tried to go for Blink Stalkers and lost a second time. Both games were 13-15 minutes long. Why don't protoss start opening phoenix? That's what I did and have no problem with that style of play.
You open pheonix and then the Terran goes to MMM and crushes you regardless? Terran have a lot of flexibility which is why this build is so strong ... You can't scout it (unless you go Robo) and when you do go Robo you've set yourself up against the wall. Banshee/Marine counters Robo tech pretty hard, and you need to go Robo because otherwise you'll lose to cloak.

No.No it doesn't?And phoenix gives you constant scouting? It's hard to micro though.

However, I expect they've negotiated their own server or something.

Clearly you don't understand that Robo tech grants nothing to fend off Banshee/Marine pushes. Colossi take "too long" realistically, and the rest of the tech is pointless except the Observer which is a necessity because, as I said, you'll lose to cloak.

These are the sorts of insurances we need to commit the kind of money they're asking.. even for low quality. If they don't have some control over these variables then a free low-qual stream is a reasonable way to admit that sometimes there will be problems out of Gom's control.
Looks like some games are happening now. Thats good!

I really like the ultra casual shoutcasting for the games so far, it's pretty fun.

does anybody know the URL of the stream, because in browser it doesn't work on my ubuntu client.
I tried ./OctoshapeClient -url:octoshape:esl.oph350 and I get a stream, but I think its not the right one (no SC2 atm)
edit: google is my friend: ## Free Stream ./OctoshapeClient -url:esl.oph350 ## Dennis' Stream ./OctoshapeClient -url:tetv.esltv.proxy ## Andere ./OctoshapeClient -url:tetv.esl.dell ./OctoshapeClient -url:tetv.esltv.estars ./OctoshapeClient -url:tetv.esltv.external
