QQing about zerg is Ok for me:-P Not casters though, they are doing good job! On August 29 2010 00:10 GenoZStriker wrote: Who cares. You guys complain about everything anyway. And yeah I said. If it's not the casters, then it's either the way the tournament does thing because they don't do it like Korea does or it's the players because they are not Koreans. People just love complaining. I remember yesterday people whined because there was no qualifications....(this is qualifications)

To be fair though, the only reason that there's a backlash is that there was hate. I find it hilarious every time people act like there's only bias toward one side; people have been fanboying Day/JP and HDH in equal portions (more towards Day/JP really).

They don't deserve any hate though, they've done their part for the SC2 community. Completely agree. They don't deserve the hate at all. They bust their ass and you can always mute their voices and just enjoy the 1080p starcraft on their youtube channels. I think they can improve as casters. I think what annoys people, me at least is that; even though there is nothing stopping them from going on liquipedia and looking up build orders so they don't make fools of themselves when they talk tactics, I still hear ridiculous claims about player insight and tactical thinking. It is just completely inaccurate a lot of the time. It just kinda seems like they have their audience and they are sticking to it, being loud and exciting.(which, I agree, they can be) That doesn't sit well with some people.

Their audience doesn't care about build orders though. I am pretty sure their audience watches for entertainment. When I started watching SC, I kept hearing 14 rax or whatever, and I had no clue what that was. I enjoyed listening to the Korean commentators just simply because they gave the game some extra life. Their audience is casual player/viewers. They are at the event because they bring in the casual audience. Day9/JP bring in the hardcore audience.
