I think Idra thought he planted the Spire but he missclicked it and when he saved money for the muta there was no Spire.

Looks like Idra is going for hive tech right now with a bunch of infestors. He also saw Morrow with the scv transfer. I hope he can get some ultras or broods out before Morrow gets enough tanks going
