One thing I noticed is that Starcarft II is a bit more exciting to watch then Quake Live, many matches in QL have a bit of "garbage time" issue. Where you don't really have that in Starcraft 2, where you just wait for the timer to run out.

Games between players who are close in skill almost always come down to the last minute. Most of these matches the skill gap between players has been fairly large so games aren't close.

yesterday was a bad day for us protoss players Today i dont think naniwa and hasuobs are skilled enough to take it far. Its hard to say if any zergs will make it to semis because of the rock paper scissorish style of tvz where there aer so many builds and the players might not be prepared

Idra is the big question of the tournament. How the hell is he gonna perform despite the balance issues. That's all we wanna see!

It just means, 'LETS GO' <insert name>.

Finally done all the names. >_<
Lee Jae Dong proved that a focus on mechanics and execution could solve problems in the StarCraft game strategy.

I think it originates from the korean shout-outs before the SC BW matches. This is the english equivalent to cheer for your favorite.

My thoughts : :p

Group C:

I really don't know how will Dimaga perform... if he freaks out in front of 2 terrans it could become very ugly. Hasu is definitely the outsider ("hasuobs doesn't count") but he may have an opportunity in a tight situation (like there was in group B), created by a loss from Dimaga to a T player. The mirror between Sarens and Lucifron will be very important in this group.

Group D:

Well..Idra will probably loose at least one game to a terran player(I call Strelok) and he will go 6/1. Naniwa has some chances, though… if he pulls a 2-0 for example against DeMuslim he can make it through.

Come on guys, share who you think will advance ! :p
