Huk just doesnt like he 4 gate he likes to 6 gate and 9 gate off 1 and 2 bases... skips thermal lance/charge/blink etc (only got charge once) did he just forget? cause he was upgrading weapons/armor as far as i recall...
if you already have the building (twilight council) i cant see any reason for skipping the two upgrades which make your T1 units viable late game... in my experience as a Terran i have more trouble holding 3 gate + chargelots then a straight up 4 gate.
even though he made those crazy mistakes he was able to make the game seem close at times... i REALLY think he could have won G3 if he had gotten the lance upgrade and pushed asap.. instead of dancing around the middle, at the very least he could have taken out idras natural...
BTW ive noticed idra only gg's to korean players... would this be labeled racism??

Huk should have watched the tester/idra series. It was killing me that he didn't drop pylons at idras naturals. Idra always goes FE!

that would give an unfair advantage to ask for replays of the player..

idra is the most predictable player in the tournament , regardless of what oponet is doing he always opens 14 hatch 15 pool or something very similar and then proceed to mass hydras - so pro ;p
huks problem is timing and bad ctrl 1 micro but yea he has potentials and u can see this vs tlo.
tlo just turtling and massing op terran units , doesnt rly stand up to his hype atm imo , everyone can turtle and mass bcs or push with mass tanks and win in this strage of game .
white ra plays unexpectedly good , consider his last tournaments + 2 jobs so no practice time
The 2 korean dudes are by far and away in another league than the europeans or u.s contests imo . TLO plays nice, I liked his play, especially on LT. And I guess it's quite usual that you opt for a safe midgame after you got rushed like he was in the first game.
I hope that TLO beats either Idra or Tester to advance, gogo TLO! Want to see some hero Ghosts

All the games were already played, only the players in the finals can gain information out of the replays from this tournament. Besides, his probe was always too late and it just doesn't suit his playstyle, since he has to get the forge early too.

What a weird thing to say... Are you saying he shouldn't harass with his probe even though he can? Or are you making fun of him because he doesn't win the game with his scouting probe? It just doesnt do anything, so its annoying. You dont see the other protoss players do half as much probe harass. Why? Because it wont effect anything against a good player thus is just a dick thing to do. I suppose it is indicative of his attitude as a whole, based off the latest interview, the guy thinks he is good, but really is just a probe/gateway unit rush kinda guy. Zero chance he has a professional career in SC2.
It helps a little. Each time he attacks, idra needs to take drone from minerals to attack and so on.

this is untrue. if it were true, it wouldn't be a big enough deal to label "racist." good sportsmanship is not required.

huk's probe harass lets him get really good scouting and it is really annoying and throws players a little off balance, if the probe is gonna be at their base, and it should be for scouting, you might as well harass with it. VS zerg or protoss its mostly mildly annoying but vs terran it can be huge. I love huk's probe harass.
Why is every one on huks ass for playing early agression with toss, and not saying crap about dimaga agression when its generally accepted that zerg want to be more passive and out macro their enemies

While the battle cruisers were fantastic, the most impressive part of his games was the probe harassment. He just makes fantastic use of hellions, banshees, and reapers. In the 3rd game he basically harassed HuK to death with a handful of well controlled units and timings. In the 2nd game he did a great job as well and ended up out expanding huk because of all the probes he killed.
He does this constant harass while having a very solid defensive play back in his base, grabbing more expansions while he holds his opponent back. It's not one dimensional in any way, and I just love it. He makes me want to play Terran.

Where the fark is game 1 between White-Ra and Dimaga? I can't watch game 2 and 3 without having seen the first one.

When I saw dimaga making his banelings I was like "Oh no.. not an all in game please..". But his games were very entertaining.
Huk was disapointing.

This is a 73-page-thread and I haven't yet seen any of this tournament. A quick scan of page 1 yields no relevant results. Does anyone know where I can find the replays of these games?

"All games will be archived at http://day9tv.blip.tv "
This line is in the first post. The games are even being uploaded on the same day.

Is it just me or has White-rA's play been lackluster lately? I know he 2-0'd QXC but, and no offense to Mr. QXC, I feel that is the easiest match-up in this tournament.
He made some key mistakes with his wall-ins and despite Dimaga's relatively transparent strategy he was unable to capitalize. Also the re-rematch with TLO where he got 4-0'd saw White-rA have trouble with mid-game macro and not really make necessary adjustments in his play style.
