iFixit is till going to continue sponsoring THIS tournament. Should things go spectacularly for the Ro16 Invitational, which I sincerely hope/believe/want, our position on future sponsorships might change.

I personally would have chose to sponsor another event, but I don't write the checks at my office.

Once the second/main event starts, a lot of this will be water under the bridge. Saechiis is doing his best, theres just only so much one can do when fighting Murphy's Law :/

Thanks to Makh + iCCupTV for all their great work so far this tournament, seriously, they need to be thanked/commended by the community for doing such a great job and continuing to cast games for the GGI.

As soon as I have all the RO16 players re-confirmed I will announce the exact date, since the invites were done 3 months ago things have changed. In particular Tester not having a team or manager is a problem, might have to replace him in the upcoming days as dealing with managed Korean teams has proved difficult enough.

I was hoping to play a part of the games this weekend, but without all players being confirmed I cannot set a solid timeline yet. Don't want to make the same mistakes again so nothing is being left to coincidence this time around, I'm trying to get the new OP up when possible ... please be patient with me one more time ^^

The Ro16 and Ro8 qualifier games are on their way to being VOD'ified so you guys can look out for those while we're getting this show on the road

Darkforce might be a good shot for a European Zerg, maybe the best ZvT aside from Dimaga and inviting a relatively new face wouldn`t hurt either as most players are the usual suspects.
Socke as a Toss Player could also be an option.
Btw considering the latest results in the GSL I guess now is a very good window of opportunity to get things going ;-)
