Even if I'm a big Dimaga fan, I respect gosugamers decision and they're doing the right thing.
Demuslim's behavior is totally unprofessional by saying he won't play unless Dimaga plays too ... I mean what does he expect? To simply ignore that he cheated in past and remove his ban?
Also gosugamers got bashed alot by people who found it weird that Demuslim wasn't invited; after all it wasn't their fault and Demuslim acted like he had no idea "why the best terrans weren't part of the team".
I have nothing personal against Demuslim, I respect his skills, but he's not the guy to look for when it comes to professionalism in e-sports.

User received a warning. Without judging truth or no truth we kindly ask you to stop attacking DeMuslim all the time. It's a reoccurring issue in many topics and it's not something we can continue to tolerate. It's ruining the atmosphere.

Sorry but you've no idea of what you are talking about, Dimaga received a very specific punishment for the thing he did (ban of all TL event for 1 year I believe).
This has nothing to do with this specific league, so it is obvious that this decision was influenced by people who are trying to make an example out of him.

There will be plenty more of these kind of international tournaments, and the roster will change. It's not the end of the world if someone deserving missed out this time.

I really love to watch games between Asia and the West, it's the most entertaining way to see how different philosophical approaches to RTS games will end up faring against each other. I hope replay packs will come out.

He received a specific punishment from TL to be banned here because we have no authority to ban him from anywhere else. If you had followed this at all you would also know that we urge(d) other organizations to follow us in this, as we will follow them in case of cheaters ruining their tournaments. Gosugamers who have every intention to make the online environment a cleaner place to play decided to ban these players for 6 months from their site, tournaments, and rankings. This gosugamers ban has everything to do with the EU vs Asia tournament. The decision wasn't influenced by anything: it was made 5 months ago and they are simply following through with it as any coherent organization would.

Much as it's great to watch Dimaga play...I don't see why people feel he is hard done by. Trading wins in such a big event like the TSL2 was just ridiculously stupid for a player of his (or any) calibre so he fully deserves the bans placed on him even if they were also given by organisations not directly involved with the tournament. It's a shame there wasn't more solidarity like that shown, to drive home the message that cheating in any form simply isn't acceptable.

oh will you drop it, at the very least backing ur buddies through thick and thin is a manly thing to do.
Why do you TL admin guys in general have to take every positive opinion regarding dimaga as if that somehow undermines your decision to carry out this penalty.

He's a great player and a nice guy, doesn't complain, tries hard, works hard. Lots of positive.

Going against Gosugamers efforts to prevent cheating sucks balls. There needs to be more respect for what they are doing and less disdain.

Hmm, if me not being on the team caused gosugamers to get flamed then, apologies.
As for Cyclone25 - i don't know why he has such a problem with me.
Back on topic - Team EU should consist of the best of EU, in my eyes Dimaga sits at #1, he's the one guy i love to play, and don't mind losing against (occasionally ) and having a team EU without him didn't seem right. A few other names weren't mentioned either such as Lucifron or BratOK within the team - If that makes me unprofessional, also when i have other tournaments going on - then i think you need to look up the term.

So what you're saying DeMusliM, is that in your opinion, Europe's #1 player is a cheater?

This seems highly trollish...

Yeah don't feed the trolls, i support both Demuslim not wanting to play without Dimaga and the strict anti-cheat policy of tl and gosugamers. They're both right and there's not much more to be said about it. The first match is about to start in 1 hour so let's talk about that. I'm looking forward more to tomorrow's match Sen vs White-ra.

Lucifron is not that active with SC2 recently, and I'm pretty sure you know it too. Brat_OK started to get good results only recently (I'll say it again, he won vs 3-1 HasuObs but it was days after the EU line-up was created). Should they also include Morrow because he just won a CraftCup? Regarding Dimaga, he is banned and you refused to play because of that.
I don't see what gosugamers did wrong considering all these, yet you argue against them for not picking the best line-up.

As for the warning I got earlier, I wanna let the tl admins know that my negative comments on Demuslim aren't unjustified ... I blamed him for picking rdm vs Jinro and losing the match in the Razer tournament, as well for posting excuses for most of his losses. I also had positive comments on him if you look at my posting history. It's not that I hate him lol ... but being a top player he should be more careful with his behavior and show more professionalism.

No, I'm not a reporter. I do believe I have a sense of humor though.
