Jinro really just got unlucky the first game. If his marines were in the base when the void rays got there he would have been fine. I don't think White Ra scouted the push or anything, he just got lucky with the timing.
Really don't know what happened the second game. I think maybe Jinro was a bit flustered because the thor marine push seemed a bit panicky and then wasn't executed too well. Also, I have seen White-Ra go Void Ray vT fairly regularly, actually. He really likes them for whatever reason.
Oh well. I can say, FA, that I have seen plenty of your games and I know that wasn't a good representation of your best play. You'll get 'em next time.

You're too late. All the games Husky and HD had have been casted. Wait for them to upload them to youtube.

We will be uploading the VODs as the day progresses. We have discovered a few things we need to tweak (music being too loud, the entire Livestream not being able to handle us, etc) and we appreciate the feedback .
Hope it was a good show and can't wait for the next set of games to cast!

Game 1, I got greedy chasing the stalker thinking I could trap it. I don't know if I can defend if my marines are at home or not, void rays might become too strong once there's 2-3 of them for me to defend even with my reactor.
Game 2... Well, I'm not even gonna talk about it!
I hope white-ra goes far now

It happens... we're all human.

Voidrays really seem to chew up marines since they got buffed, the range and mobility combined with shield regen just seems to own marines hard even though their damage is pretty bad in theory.

I registered just to respond to this.
Let's assume for a moment that HDH succeed with their nefarious plans to increase their Youtube viewership, make money, and make a name for themselves. Here are the tragic events that will ensue as a result of this:
The increase in viewership will attract more sponsors. More sponsors means more money for the players. More money means more competition which in turn means higher level play. Competition and high level play means more viewership ...etc. Eventually HDH will be known as high level casters, can quit their 9-5 jobs, and can cast full-time. As a result of being full-time casters, they can cast even more games.
Sponsors get publicity, players make money, HDH get jobs, spectators get more games to watch. Sounds to me like everyone wins. Please explain to me why you think HDH should not make money. Would you prefer they work regular jobs and cast replays once a week for free? I don't understand why you are against the very thing you seem to enjoy. Please help me to understand your reasoning.

Ignore the pathetic trolls. Thanks HDH for doing this tournament. Watched it all, despite the technical difficulties.

1080p HD vods of the games streamed today are now being uploaded onto YouTube.
I'll be uploading them throughout the day, so check the OP VODS section for the games.
We currently have nazgul vs incontrol.
(sorry about the audio, game music was high compared to everything else)

ROCK ON HD & HUSKY!! GREAT JOB TODAY KEEP IT UP!!!

What really surprised me while watching the stream last night was how "live" this actually felt even though the matches had already been played. Hanging out with the other viewers, sharing your reactions to stuff happening in the matches...it was all just like if it had been really live. I'd say your strategy for how to do this worked out really well.
AND if it really would have been live all the way, the troubles with livestream going down and all that would have been so much worse, with the players just sitting there waiting, or having to postpone games and whatnot - so yeah these whining trolls really need to stfu, this was top level entertainment.
Mad props due ofc also to day9 and the GLHF guys for saving the show!!
Can't wait for the next round of matches being live casted.

I was surprised at how exciting it was even though I knew in the back of my mind the games were replays.
Well done, can't wait for the next batch to come out!
