Those players are just so awesomely good :/ Was so awesome in the last game esp. to see idra trying to lure whitera out and against a very skilled player it probably would've worked, but whitera really blocked that awesomely. Found that game especially awesome, whitera had somewhat of an advantage going into that fight, knowing idra and that he doesn't cheese much and idra having the fear of whitera cheesing to not play the macro game.

Idra also played pretty superb, those sacrificing overlords and their timing was really insanely good.

IdrA underestimated White-Ra. His BM just points to an arrogant personality when it comes to skill in the game.

He's bad mannered because he rage-quitted 1 game without gg? Come on... lol.

Make that 2 games. Aka right when he figured that he might lose this.

Clearly, idra needs to change race.

His macro style is not suitable for zerg.
And he's not flexible as a zerg player.

Nice game and congrats WhiteRa.

My impression of IdrA is that he is kind of rude just leaving without the gg.
It just screams 'sore looser'.

I believe it was a bit over 24 000 when I looked, but I was mainly focusing on the games so there might have been more.

absolutely amazing White-Ra!

Though i gotta say, beside good play the imbalance in PvZ showed quite clearly on Metalopolis (Good forcefields and position or not the P army took out a just as big or bigger Zerg army without losing anything.) As a well as the P favorism of Steps of War. P just cannot lose on that map unless he screws up heavily

yet sen won vs white ra 4-2

And this.

I agree. Also I think TLO is better than WR right now. If I recall correctly in the semifinals WR was down 2-0 but then TLO had 3 times P and that is the only matchup where I think WR is better than him
edit: White Ra is my second favorite sc2 player anyway so don't flame me^^

IdrA's loss on Metalopolis was due to the fact that he never got his Spire until ridiculously late. We saw in the first game on Lost Temple how badly Corruptors can demolish Colossi, but IdrA took the gamble and invested in Investors, and while they're more versatile and have a use on units besides Colossi, they aren't as effective in countering Colossi as Corruptors are. IdrA also lost the Steppes of War match by going with an all in (and a pretty shoddy one at that) instead of trying any kind of macro game, especially one he saw that WhiteRa was doing a fast expand.

ok, lets not discuss teh Metalo game Idra screwed it uo. Althpugh he shouldnt have lost that badly.

What you say about Steps of War makes no sense. That map is so imba because the protoss can pressure the zerg so easily without going for allin, and can just timing push whenever he feels right. That could be without exp, with a fast exp or faking an allin taking exp and allining. Look at the last Haypro vs Asian guy game, haypro had like 7 crawles + units still got owned. I literally havent played or seen a game where I or another Z could beat P without him messing it up badly

BUt who cares actually, cheers White Ra

Too bad the new strategy involving ultralisks plus forcefields wasn't in play in the patch these games were played on. A few ultralisks coulda stomped those forcefields that made all the difference in game 5. And I have yet to see any high level ultralisk replays.

That being said, I'm also surprised and glad WR won.

1. The Ultralisks would have been in the front and thus in no position to stomp any FF, unless they turn 180°

2. Did you see that video of 1 Ultra getting killed by 3 Zealots. T1 vs. T3 should look a bit different.

Ultras still suck and will never be used in competetive zerg play unless some major changes occur.
