Whatever. Game 4 was just bad. TLO had all the information he needed that he was falling behind and kept being aggressive regardless. If you posted that replay on the forums without the player names, everyone would be talking about how the loser noobed it up.
Game 3 and 5 were puzzling to me. I didn't understand all the investments in blink, charge or hallucination. Meanwhile, WhiteRa got robo so he obviously had observers so it's confusing to me what TLO was hoping to accomplish.
Disappointing as far as I'm concerned. Let's hope Idra cleans house.

thats what you get for rolling the dice. a bit unluck yes but probability is a fickle SoB. in my opinion white-ra didnt really have an answer to TLO's zerg play and if it had been another ZvP, TLO probably would've taken it 3-0. playing as random has its advantages but i think TLO should now, for his own good, choose his main race and just stick with it. dont get me wrong, its always great to see diversity and creativity from TLO but it wont win him as many tournaments as he can if he sticks to his strongest race.
p.s i think if idra progresses to the finals (a good chance), he'll watch the first 2 games of this matchup and gain some knowledge on how to play white-ra.

I wonder what race TLO will eventually choose to go. I have to be honest, I don't see why he considers Zerg his worst race. He has super solid Zerg play. I wish B.net profiles showed you a W/L for each race separately.

just wanted to settle the probability question once and for all:
the probability of getting a specific race x times out of 5 is:
binomial(5,x) * (1/3)^x * (2/3)^(5-x)
so to get it five times in a row is less than 1%, 4 times 4%, 3 times 16%
so the probability for TLO to end up as protoss 3 times or more in a game of 5 is the sum of these, sum(binomial(5,x) * (1/3)^x * (2/3)^(5-x), x = 3..5) which is 21%
so roughly it'll happen in every five games if you play as random
but of course, this takes no consideration of the probability of it being 3 times in a row, just 3 times in a game
