Their knowledge of the games seems to be slightly lacking, especially since they are SO surprised at the muta-baneling combo, which is actually quite common. Husky knows his stuff. believe hes a plat toss player. HD is gold I think as zerg. And I dont think they have been getting much practice in because of all the casting theyre doing.

I'm completely fine with what it is, but these guys are trying to do this professionally. They are doing the livestream for the spectator benefit. Their professionalism comes in the form of youtube VODS. Basically, you are watching a behind the scenes of their first sponsored tournament and their first time using Ustream after switching from livestream.

I believe they know more about starcraft from watching and casting then they do at playing. Like HD has said he doesn't play that often. And believe me, getting into platinum isn't that hard. With all that being said, HD and Husky aren't the worst casters ever. Better commentating will come in time, I just with they would refrain from making statements about strategies and timings.

They may not know everything about the game, but they have a decent understanding, are fun to listen to and works hard to get better. In their stream they said basically they spent a big part of yesterday and today to set everything up with ustream and whatnot. So when people say they should try harder that's quite disrespectful.

Anyone that was over D on Iccup should be able to get into Plat and stay there.

I'm sure they want to get better at what they do.
