I'm looking for a complete single page tech tree for each race listing all the structures, plus the units and upgrades they enable. Just the sort of thing that would be useful to a casual viewer and occasional player but I'm finding it surprisingly hard to find anything useful.
The tree tree on battle.net seems utterly useless. It shows no upgrades at all and doesn't even indicate which units require a tech addon.
starcraft.wikia.com doesn't appear to have any tech tree at all. Unit and building info is presented as a lists of links that you have to click through each one to get any info. The initial list doesn't even have any images so if you are watching a match and see something you don't recognise you have no way to find it besides clicking through every link.
sc2armory looks like it might have been good but that closed down.
I've Googled like crazy for anything like this but drawn a blank. Does anyone know anywhere something like this exists?

yeah but this one is ultra basic. The difficulty to represent the sc2 one is, for example, you need a barack with a techlab + a ghost academy to make a ghost. putting this kind of stuff on a 2-dimension graph like this image of yours would be kinda messy.
I much prefer the way they did it : add the "unlock ghost" mention under the ghost academy + make the ghost portrait clickable to see detailed stats, upgrades and requirements...

I don't think it would need to be messy. Tech trees commonly convey information through the use of connecting lines and colour coding. Structures in the tech tree that depend on the construction of other structures can display that dependency with a connecting line, and let units that require the presence of a tech lab have their icon drawn with a red border.
So the Ghost unit would be listed under the Barracks with a red border and would have a line to the Ghost Academy.

This Tech Tree brings back a lot of fond memories...
EDIT : Missile silo's were boss.....and then I think you could do chemical missiles as well in Tiberian Sun but I think this is for Red Alert 2 right?

This looks like a random mix between Soviet and Allied tech tree in RA1.

Reading's probably not your strong point but if you actually read the OP you'd notice that I'd already found the battle.net ones and said they were useless because the don't indicate what requires a tech lab and they don't show upgrades at all.

nope, not useless. Very simple to know. marauder, ghost-tech lab thor siege tank-tech lab raven banshee bc- tech lab planetary fortress requires ebay. level 2 upgrades require armory.
That's all that's not listed there.
