As far as making a 200/200 timing attack, you'll want to cut workers ~ 3 minutes before you hit 200

So get up to 3 bases ASAP, make workers like it's your job, and fill in with the extra units. In other news, I've said this in a dozen posts, but situations change every second of every game, that's the nature of a RTS. Yes, a player could hit 200/200 at 15, or 18 minutes, but I would say in an average game, with a few battles (5-8 minutes, and then probably 12-15) you can hit the supply cap at around 20, IF the game goes like a "standard" game, which it probably won't. And that's if you try very very hard to Macro up without engaging, or harassing, seeing as massing a huge army seems to be the important thing here as opposed to constructive gameplay. There should be no specific speed, rate, or time at which you hit 200/200, it will always be situational, and regardless of the situation, the number shouldn't matter. What should matter are the units you have compared to the units they have, and how they engage each other. P.S. For most races you're probably gonna have around 60 (not 50) workers by the full end game (usually three bases), a little more for Zerg.

I'm a zerg, so 3 fully saturated bases is a good 40% of my 200 food which scares me. Early to mid-game, I can drone quite sufficiently, but when I get a third up, I never know if I should mass drone it with my 3 hatcheries/lair/hive or leave it at around 16 while waiting for my main to fully empty out. Off-topic, but nonetheless, I max out around 30 food mark, sadly this is with a lot of roaches, hydras and perhaps too few corrupter (against Protoss D: )

This in itself isn't a very legitimate question. The time it takes you to hit 200/200 changes by race, and by unit composition. If you are un-checked, you can two base with 4 hatches not stop lings, and hit 200 very fast. Terrible composition. Similar for massing ultras or similar. Also, you can rush 200/200, but have no upgrades/tech and get rolled by an upgrades/tech'ed 150/200 army. If your focus on your speed to max only, especially in a scenario independent of harass, there's a fundamental concept not understood

that's kinda a valid question tbh and it's something u can work on improving in YABOT or w/e. Like saying at 15 min I want 3 fully saturated bases with a roach/hydra/corruptor composition with X upgrades in Y order/time, 3 queens where all are below 10 unspent energy and I have a decent creep spread with overlords on every base preventing hidden bases and giving scouting info. Trying things like that out in YABOT, i feel, is really good on improving my fundamental game-mechanics as a gold leaguer and feeling ur comfortable with ur macro abilities helps a lot on the ladder.
