Hah, the poll had exactly 1000 votes and 100 comments and now 1001 votes and 101 comments

Btw, it's obviously 2007 Bisu, the game is constantly evolving and the most dominant player currently would be the most dominant player ever.
I'll call Nada.

Savior wins by a slight margin over oov, July and Boxer, in that order.

I voted Bisu but it is more a bet on the future than anything else.
Someway you could almost say he shouldn't be in the list since his dominance period isn't over yet. But well there would have been allover flaming if he wasn't in that list so...
granted you take him off the list I would go for savior, no wait oov, no savior definitely... wait haaaaa
Ok I am glad I could vote bisu :p

I don't think Boxer in his prime would be able to beat Bisu? Anyway, I bet on NADA!!

Savior or OOV in his peak > all.~

I think anyone from before 2005 would be pretty much out.
Why did you put 2002 Nada though, instead of a ShinHan Masters Nada?

boxer may have the potential to come back today but the 2001 boxer probably wouldn't know what was going on today. his mechanics probably wouldn't have been nearly good enough either. maybe it would depend what maps he played on.

If sAviOr didn't exist in 2006, Nada would've been dominating OSL again.. and everyone would have said he was in his prime again

But sAviOr did exist, and killed Nada in his prime

Boxer. Say what you want but without him, the skill level wouldn't even BE HERE today. So no, your top ICCup wouldn't be able to take 2001 Boxer cause your top ICCup's would still be trying to do two base zerg for the whole game wondering what dropships were.

Bisu hasn't even had his period of dominance yet. Wait for him to at least make it to the OSL finals...

I'm pretty sure Gorush did nothing that deserves mentioning in around 2003
His prime is 2005, along with Nada's (second?) peak period
