However, when translating a large article (not a short, post-game interview like the ones we've been seeing), the Korean just makes it way too long. As long as the English translation is done very well, then there should be no problem with omitting the Korean, since it only gets in the way and makes the long article very cluttered.

It's all up to them and i'd be glad if they can make exceptions because the majority isn't always right. Since it's a site based to what the koreans are doing nowadays, I don't see any reasons to not put a korean interview. Hell that'd be even stupider to remove it. I think the majority that doesn't want korean interview are the news ones to the site. Just get them used to tl.net and it'll be all fine.
