Yet if you ask these fans which games they would rather see if they had to choose one of the two: cheesefests lasting 5-8 minutes each or longer games lasting 20-30 mins, most of them would choose the latter. If Yellow 6 pooled boxer three games in a row and won I'd be fucking pissed aswell and lose respect for Yellow. Give the fans what they want, the survival of Starcraft depends on games of entertaining value, not these three pieces of garbage. | ||

yes i'll probably lose them all but it doesn't matter >_> it really is yellow's fault for not switching strats... atleast on the third match, he even scouted it -_- i'm not hailing this as some sort of strategic geniusery by boxer... its just him taking advantage of a weakness in yellow's build (after all no strats are 100% failsafe) and yellow refusing to switch even when it was apparent it wouldn't work... EDIT: i am also fucking sick of posts all over the forum that say boxer sucks boxer should've done it "for the entertainment, for the fans, for the good of SC" and "do you want all games to be 10 minutes long and full of 'cheese' ?" i won't mention any names to hopefully avoid flames but thats a realy fucking stupid opinion... IMO >_> i mean guess fucking what, face the reality, boxer KNOWS he is at a much higher advantage doing an 8rax build bringing the focus into early game than if he were to play a "straight - out" match of SC that would force him to macro more against YellOw, someone who's on fire lately. This isn't even a choice between boxer humiliating yellow (which i don't even think it was humiliating) by doing 3 rushes in a row out of spite instead of playing a prolonged game for no reason at all except to please some random "fans", where he would PROBABLY LOSE. get that through your heads -_- and a big  to those that say boxer is going to kill SC because of this or w/e....[/rant]  | ||
