(and having started that particular chant) but yes, my vote was for DC, not because I was there but that I felt it was better in every regard (apart from the stream which I cannot attest to since I wasn't watching it on stream.) The casting balance was perfect, with wheat and Sean in the booth, and jp out on the floor. use jp on the floor more, interviewing players and fans.. getting our adn their reactions. I only saw him working the floor twice I think before the final. (though I have to say if you are going to rotate jp and wheat out it seems a little unfair to ask Day9 to cast every game for 2 days and yet jp is the "Face" of sc2 MLG gaming, either call in a reliever for sean , who gets so tired after these events he cancels his daily or really give him the props he deserves with some kind of recognition.) While the spectator area was small for the amount of people, it wasn't cramped per se which was good. you had way more top players and way more diverse play in MLG (there were Gorram Zergs for a start) all round a better event. | ||
