He'll own it up for a little while and show you a glimpse of what's to come then he'll slump for a while. Then when you least expect it he'll be back and be very very good. Think about Flash. Now Baby didn't have quite the run that Flash did in and around Bacchus but that's the pattern he fell into, and its rough on a long time fan. At Bacchus I knew he would be the best ever then for 2 years he failed and failed again. Then finally he put together the most dominate 8 months of BW history, made it worth following for 2 years of fail.

But he is also younger and more impressionable, so who knows?

Leta upto getting massacred. The 0-3 obliteration in the playoffs is what made Leta fall off. Baby was playing like a superstar even just two months ago. But then he seemed to hit a few bumps on the road. Those bumps seem to have managed to derail him completely. He entered the playoffs on a 5 game loss streak, his worst ever IIRC. He had already fallen off coming into the playoffs. And so far he's stank up the joint. If I were WeMade's coach, I wouldn't play him for ace matches until he gets his groove back.

It's one of the biggest disappoints in progaming this year for me that we won't even get a properly long finals. Really? IMO all the playoffs should have been one Bo7. The whole 3 day thing is epically not epic :/

Weak players getting rolled back and forth for three days is pretty meh. I'd rather have more concentrated Bisu awesomeness.

However there is still Ro16 of MSL to look forward to so this may change! I am no particular fan of anyone. But I have no idea how Bisu could not at least be 4th. Except for JD, Flash and Effort I see no one being on his level. Haven't you watched his games? He's 12-2 since his comeback and man, those were SWEET games. Usually PvZ wins are made of somehow surviving the early game into Epic Storms or Reavers, but Bisu just flat out dominated a good number of his PvZs. For the ranking: I think it is undoubtable that JD gets #1. For #2, I would have a real hard time choosing between Flash, Effort and Bisu. Effort plays consistent since a over two month and has a good winrate again. Bisu is only back since a short time, but his play was just stellar, the by far best PvZ (7-0) we seen since months and also very good PvT (4-0). His PvP was despite the record not bad at all, one close loss and a clear buildorder loss make it 1-2. FlaSh just fell from a half year of dominace into a deep hole, with mediocre play, an Ace Match crisis and in the end he wasn't even Ace for his team anymore (though only in a completely irrelvant match). Being 8-8 since the beginning of June just isn't as impressive as the others imo. So if it was me, I'd rank it 1. JD, 2. Effort, 3. Bisu and 4. Flash but I took into account that Plexa has unique and unpredicatable criterias for PR.

For some reason, people still seem to underestimate Fantasy. For example, just as the match between him and effort started everyone was like "omg effort is going to PWN him.Fantasy got no chance! " Now obviously that is on the chat where everyone is stupid but still, I've seen it elsewhere. Fantasy's been doing pretty well, don't count him out.

JD, Bisu, Effort, Fantasy On one hand, if someone doesn't getting many opportunities to demonstrate his talent (Flash has played exactly 2 games since last PR), you don't want to hold it against him. On the other hand, these other players have to be rewarded. They are all playing really well and they have all delivered solid results over the past few months and they are all delivering solid results this month. Bottom line: it's too soon this month to try to rank people. The entire top 5 of the Power Rank is looking a little like a mash-up. 4 of these 5 are currently in Proleague playoffs and depending on who decides to transform into a wrecking ball and who decides to transform into a kitten's toy will decide a lot.
