Gamers from USA, Canada, Peru, Mexico, and Brazil will be fighting for the #1 spot, but they will have to get through last years champion first, the feared canadian, Testie.
The Starcraft portion will be double elimination, the Losers Bracket gets played on Sunday.

this year the company who is behind WCG at mexico did a BAD work all.. i was supposed to be there playing (DOA) but i was disqualified because my plane got late.. then they didnt even get us rooms, i was lucky because i met some friends, so i stay with them but i heard that 5 players (a team of gears of wars, and one player from NFS had to sleep in the beach.. then i talk to my friend (he is supposed to be in charge of all the judging staff... but again, the company behind didnt want to pay him and the staff) i can tell that the pc's didn have starcraft.. because i was the one who installed it.. i was helping them.. at least i met day.. he seem like a cool guy (OBVIOUSLY this thing before, OELLI decide to send me in the first plane to my place...)

Yep he is definitly the huge favourite of the event. But calling it a "rape" is a bit harsh imo, moreover darki and day are very good and seem in shape so it might be harder than expected. Did he 2-0ed everyone last year ( dont remeber ) ?

well i dont think that darki will be there.. also i talked to slash about 2 hours ago.. he was invited.. but then they call him and say something like this "we cant afford your trip, so.. sorry but no.." also Blaze[s.o] aka "mokos" wont be there too.. because he is a 13 years old boy.. and his momma didnt let him go.. soo it will be, day, small, odin, mayb testie and with less chance, darki.. but im not totally sure.. he was supposed to be in cancun today.. but still i see him online in MSN... and about testie.. he was 2-1 in the finals vs Slash... great series, game 2 on azalea seemed like a victory to slash (he was up by 1) but testie manage to take the win with carriers and mining from another expo when almost every army was gone.. then he made the comeback.. even testie said that it was a close game..

Just to inform you guys, wcg mexico was over yesterday and the winner was Bringit.asS who is Stym's brother, he defeated Bringit.SMallville 3-0 in the finals (he was up 1-0 due being in winner bracket) and small in semifinals defeated LG)BlasT 3-0 as well.
Ns_mocos or blaze[s.o] didnt go because his mother didnt want to, he is 13 years old.... and a prick as well.
The TBD i think is LG)BlasT because WCG mexico FInalists would play pan-americans if i was told correctly.
And regarding Boblion, last year, testie had a hard time defeating almost everyone, he ended 2-1 vs LRM)OdiN, 2-1 vs LG)Stym and 2-1 vs SLash, so it wasnt a rape at all  (at least these scores come from the GGDatabase)

Worst official tournament organization ever.
WCG contacted Odin to talk about this PanAm and Odin said he wouldn't be there then WCG replied saying if he wouldn't go there wouldn't be no Brazilian representative (they didn't allow replacement from the same country) and 'twas more than a month ago. Too bad since there was two empty slots.
