Sure, Soulkey is a strong player, and perhaps a better long-term strategist than Parting, but I'm not very convinced by the OP's analysis of the matchup. It's very hard to get to a safe position playing against an aggressive protoss with Parting's level of control. Soulkey will have to think on his feet at some point, and that's when we'll see if he's the best zerg in the world or not.

He gives me the same vibe as Flash right now, not quite there yet.

I believe Parting is capable of anything at this point, after all he did get out of the Group of Death with his life.
