I find myself losing to slowly building deathballs of VRs and Collosi, and my thinking was a hard tech switch (with good scouting) to mutas is possibly one answer. Anyway, know this isn't an advice thread, so let's keep it to "What should JD have done?" | ||

The attack upgrade for mutalisks in ZvZ is really odd. Not only did Zenio make this mistake, Jaedong did it too before but won anyway so it was forgotten. There should be someone explaining them how carapace is just virtually better for any case involving muta wars. Also jaedong played pretty good against stats but going corruptors was just his fatal flaw. Against voidray/colossus/stalker/sentry ball you want viper/infestor with your hydra/roach not corruptors. Corruptors are narrow weakish units, a perfect prey for charged voids. Vipers however counter colossi far better and let you sort of neglect forcefields, 1 or 2 infestors is still decent for the AoE and just stopping units. | ||
