This was my first major lan event. I got to meet my favorite player iNcontroL and see several others that I've always admired as well. I met a surprisingly tall and awesome djWHEAT, spent hours looking for Day[9], and met some really awesome people. I really want to thank all the Koreans for being so nice, in particular July who was such a polite person. I think my favorite moment of the entire weekend was watching iNcontroL play TLO. Geoff's arm pumping combined with TLO's promise of having nightmares about pylons in his base made my weekend!

I was so shocked at the sheer number of people. There just were never enough seats. I was incredibly impressed with MLG. Not only did the stream do well (biggest issue coming out of Dallas imo), but they brought in Koreans, Tastosis, and they got booths for the players on the main stage! They keep improving things so well, and I can't wait to see them continue to improve! Perhaps we'll see an IKEA partnership for more chairs???

Here's hoping that I can make it to another event this year, and actually get to stay for all 3 days of the event and corner Day[9] to get a picture haha!

Oh yea, and here's hoping EG wins the next relay race!

MLG was definitely redeemed. I had such a good weekend and I barely left my computer screen. Naniwa dancing, Idra vs MC, Idras early gg, too many to name (although you got the best ones in this wonderfully written article)

I was messaging my friend who had to work this weekend the whole time. When he came back he must have had over 100 messages and pictures from me. The weekend was just too good not to share.

Man, i cant describe how good this event was. I still have goosebumps everytime i remember some of the matches, dramas and victories.

The Koreans were such a great bonus to the whole event. Sundance, man, props!

Perfect article for the event I feel.

I would like to take this space to personally thank Sundance and all the staff of MLG for what I and many others (including Hot_Bid in this article) are calling the single best Starcraft II event yet. It was a complete pleasure to watch, and a complete turn around from Dallas. I now actively suggest people follow MLG for their quality and commitment to eSports. In fact, this event alone I feel is a huge step forward to bringing eSports to the mainstream, and in a big way. The huge crowd, the huge amount of viewers on both streams, the passion of the fans, the casters, the players, the staff, I feel this can only get better.

So (if I may) I'd like to speak for all eSports fans when I tell MLG "Thank you" and we can not wait to see what MLG has to offer in the future. If this quality keeps up, I feel I'll have no choice but to make a point to buy HD passes, even if my connection sometimes can't handle it.

Only thing missing was starcraft 2 team merchandise like the halo teams had or sc2 stuff to buy in general. I wanted to get a shirt or a poster or something for the pros to sign
