question: What race is the CPU ally? The most effective ally would be Protoss. If you get protoss I would suggest you rush with something else at the same time as the computer does with the zealots.
Unless you get unlucky and it's the 1/12th of the time that the protoss computer forge FEs LOL

Half Supply: Hero's supply cannot exceed 100.
Two Base Battlecruisers: Hero cannot construct a third command center before constructing a battlecruiser.

Also, he has to have ALL of the handicaps? I wouldn't even give Flash very good odds against a handful of C players with those...

Handicaps get stacked more and more per hero win.
