I really don't. You can list all the different behaviors I've exhibited in every mafia game and notice I do things differently most of the time. I don't really mind one way or the other, but MBH and Ace are claiming 2 things which are impossible to reconcile.
The 'compromise' position which is more likely is that Ace does have tells (and between games I'd agree more with MBH here, that there are significant trends in his actions, his claims, and his methods). If that's the clue, either you trusted ace enough to let himself claim as such, or you noticed the logical rupture in his self promoting arguments and paid them heed.
Either way, both positions are mutually exclusive.

Frankly its not a big deal, but its something to talk about. Additionally I was under the impression that the town was going to vote for who we're modlynching, but that never happened.

Specifically they need to look at how likely it is that Ver/Ace/Mynock triforce has a mafia in it. Ver admits that the timing of their declarations leads him to believe that there IS a mafia in the trio (iirc, will check soon), yet the town blindly charges on forward egged on by the people who are most suspected of being mafia.
