A lot of bad luck plagued the town and turned us stupid. If those two things didn't happen, if you hit any other blue this game might of gone different.

People even said in the thread 'maybe those hits were just dumb luck.' The outspoken townies disregarded any argument that said 'dumb luck' on the bodyguard hits.
It only worked out because the town also already had disagreements over Ver and Ace, which couldn't have been any better. You guys never stopped to think that there was a possibility that both were innocent. Everyone who said this possibility was like 'well they could be both innocent, but they're not.' Those people kept going either accusing Ace, or Ver...
And cmon you think I don't know how that fucked the town over? It couldn't have worked more perfectly, but the execution was only accomplished because the town had numerous factions that had issues with other factions. When you have more than two distinct groups its very easy to target one group that accused another group so the focus on targets changed. This happened on Day 2 if you check the thread there were probably 4 (at least) distinct alliances of townies. The Pro-Ace, The Pro-Ver, The Pro-L, and the Anti-nemY (weak). The problem is everyone in each group accused key players in the other groups so they went on auto-defense. The people who had clue analysis targeting actual mafia members posted first and we never saw their analysis come back. You guys just started trying to make the clues fit the people you wanted to see dead. All-in-all the town played poorly. I keep saying that you guys played like shit and yet you all insist that it's because of the kills (infinity, bodyguards). Your mentality of the game hasn't changed, despite the game ending, and the mafia members telling you what happened and why.

Infinity was lynched mainly due to his apparent apathy to the thread.
Ver's Decision (based on what i know)
happened like this.
He asked me for names for potential lynches. He told me he already had mbh and amber on his list due to inactivity, I dropped infinity's name, as well as one other random one (forget which). He then took his first two names to ace, ace said he would auto pardon mbh.
That left ver with Amber and then he had infinity's name that I had given him. He coin flipped best of 7 i believe, and infinity lost so was lynched.

From my end I view the probability of both BGs PM'ing their role to a mafia mayor (or Pardoner) as much larger than 1/680
I think the town made the right decision to go crazy over those kills, and the mafia just had amazing luck.
edit: it's probably more probable still that one BG PM's the elected, they get killed, and the mafia luckily hit the other one.

To be fair, nemY was actually telling the truth. I don't think that link is quite appropriate.
That said, from a metagaming sense, lynching nemY day 1 (or at least quickly) is absolutely correct even though it's probably not in the town's best interests in this single game.

Well of course, we have no idea if he's telling the truth or not.
The reason he should have been lynched is when he was asked for his PMs he lied after posting something which had nothing to do with anything.
