the difference is, ck's and mafia's descriptions explicitly state that they cannot, while vigi's does not (only the outside description on top of the post forbids it) hence why i wrote vigi's description will be altered

Mafia killing power is decided after signups are closed and will be shown next to the mafia count in the player count lists. We definitely have multiple mafia families. This also means we also have multiple DTs. I doubt that the multiple families were in contact with one another and sharing DT information because they probably didn't know there were multiple mafia. Even if they did, sharing DT info with other people is just asking to be suspected the next day. Regardless of whether or not the person you're sharing with is in the other mafia or not. Especially since now the mafia for sure know what's going on. Maybe the mafia knew what was going on because they had less numbers. Who knows. Bockit's death was most likely in hopes of killing a blue. If you were attacked please post that in the thread but NOT why you were saved. ah, nice edit bc ![]()

He got in on the confusion about the mafia hitting each other last night, but otherwise he has been really quiet. Usually he is pretty involved in clue analysis. Another negative point is that Bockit drew attention away from him. Has he been linked to clues at all? here's the thing - - i have leads except i don't think they're good enough to post. for instance, i think everyone can see the recurring clumsiness theme of one of the mafia, but i'll be damned if i could match a single person who has ANYTHING at all related to clumsiness (with the notable exception of your sig, uff da) for what it's worth, i don't suspect chuiu at all for attempting to start a bandwagon against me but you have raised my eyebrow with this post qatol. now that i think about it -- looking at your profile there's nothing to make clues from except qatol and uffda. googling qatol gives us nothing, while googling uffda gives us the 'oops' -> clumsiness. it's fairly weak, but the thing is that it's made much stronger by 2 things: a) clumsy mafia is not bc's way of telling the story (look at previous mafias run by him), so it is likely to be a clue b) nobody else (that i could find, feel free to prove me wrong) has anything that could even remotely be connected with clumsiness

The clues against monoxide just aren't believable. 2. He is hiding his evidence 3. He is attacking everyone who has accused him. 4. In doing #3 he gets stuff wrong. Showtime voted for Versatile, and I hadn't voted at the time. Again, if anyone disagrees with my reasoning, make a case. Persuade me. Right now I think JeeJee's horrible defense is enough reason to lynch. 1. as opposed to clues against me? 2. ??? 3. no, just pointing out the flaws in the wagons you're attempting to start 4. what? i assume you're referring to my 'look at the wagon starter chuiu and people who reinforced it aka showtime and qatol'? that has nothign to do with for who you voted, and it has everything to do with your posts in the thread. once i flip green, i urge you guys to re-examine your case against qatol. his case for lynching me is laughable at best.

clues against me: there aren't any unless you pretend the word "angst" means pain, and that snickering at dead people is the same as being happy about the anxiousness of others (my sig) talk about a stretch. you know, as opposed to relating the word "oops" with being clumsy, and the fact that nobody else matches clumsiness at all.

![]() as for this: On April 27 2009 10:34 0cz3c wrote: Now the most culpable post after that Day post was JeeJee's. I might be misinterpreting his words. He writes, "now that's interesting i assume the vig description will be altered to allow this to happen since it's obviously a vig kill" He never explains why it's interesting, and then he automatically concludes that BC will change the description. His thought-process here, in my opinion, is illogical. It seems like he had spent time thinking what he would write, for the presumption that it's "obviously a vig kill" is not obvious at all. It makes me a little suspicious about him, since that would have been against the explicit rules, and any player playing this game should (and I truly hope) knows that. Behaviorally speaking, he can immediately be incriminated. The only problem is that although he should have read the game rules, he might not. This loophole (the presumption that people will do what they're supposed to, especially when it's effective to help entertain a final purpose) adds skepticism to any limited behavioral analysis. His later PMs seem briefed. They're not necessarily short; they're simply fragmented. Why is that I wonder? Would you yourself care to explain, JeeJee? The reason I'm asking is because later on, (at the end of my route thus far, which is page 23), you analyze a clue that you feel links to qatol, and it seems to make a bit of sense. It's not terribly suspicious, it's simply a shift in tone, and I'm wondering whether you'd care to explain. In truth, I myself did not catch that nuance in the rules; the fact that I arrived after this was figured out is the only reason I didn't post similarly in confusion. wall of text aside.. sure, i'll go through it bit by bit. it's interesting because there's a mafia death on the first day which rules prohibited. the description must be changed because as of then, there was no way a mafia death could occur on the first day. I was right. The description was changed (not for the vig, but for the mafia to allow multiple families) the only reason i thought it was obviously a vig kill is because i hadn't even considered the possibility of multiple mafia families. oversight on my part. Not sure what you're referring to with my later PMs, you're one of the people i haven't been talking to behind the scenes ^_^. if you mean posts in this thread, the only reason i'm putting more attention into them now is because up until around page 18 or so i had exams. i made a post about it somewhere, feel free to find it. like i said, i'm on the town's side and i have nothing to hide. feel free to ask me more question. qatol though, he misplayed i must say.

The only thing a double lynch is good for is hitting when we have a stronger lead on mafia. When we have little to no lead on mafia like we do now, then we're kind of in a shithole, aren't we. Qatol, what the hell are you doing,, accusing JeeJee like that. While I do admit his defense is pretty crappy, your grounds for lynching him and not Monoxide are flawed. If you remember from last game, most of the mafia we hit were based off a multi-clue pointing, because of the chance that one of the clues was the one in question. Granted we have a different mod this game, but I think there is still a good chance here. Not to mention that you've been playing very uncharacteristically from previous rounds, and the Uff Da ---> clumsiness clue, seems to me that town should be very cautious about blindly following orders here. Well, if you look at the convo between Bockit and Qatol. Everytime JeeJee is mentioned, Bockit tries to avoid talking about Jeejee will take about Rage instead or just kinda ignore it and point out something else. Bockit also turned up red. The same could be with Monoxide (If i remember correctly), i don't really agree with the clues against him, they're to ambiguous but once again from another source is claiming that his behavior is odd and some stories don't match up. So the question is, what should we do? Well we can keep looking at the clues and try to use what ever time we have left to get something more solid, but in the end it looks like the information we have now is not enough. So what do you recommend we do? Some of us are constantly looking at the clues and matching them up with people, but either the reasons they give are really ambiguous or they come up with nothing for now and have to wait for next set of clues. Either Case I think we still have some time to change our votes, but we need more evidence and persuasion in understanding why one person would be more probable to lynch then the other. looking at it from the general townie's perspective, there's really no solid reason to lynch me or anyone else at this point, but someone has to go to role-reveal and give town some info. if that's going to be me, that's absolutely fine provided you promise to re-read qatol's posts with the knowledge that i was green (once i get lynched i mean). that's all i ask ^^

you gone done it now + Show Spoiler [to L] + Like the Erlking in Goethe's famous poem, the maleficence of Lucas 'L"'s reports can sometimes be imperceptible. The purpose of this letter is therefore to expose the unambitious nature of L's biases and let you draw your own conclusions about L's motives. First and foremost, Lhas an ego of galactic proportions. In this case, one cannot help but recall that some people don't seem to mind that he likes to attack my character. What a reprehensible world we live in! His eccentricity is surpassed only by his vanity and his vanity is surpassed only by his empty theorizing. (Remember his theory that turning segregationists loose against us good citizens is essential for the safety and welfare of the public?) Each rung on the ladder of gnosticism is a crisis of some kind. Each crisis supplies an excuse for L to replicate the most virulent structures of contemporary life. That is the standard process by which abhorrent witlings add insult to injury. While some of his commentaries are very attractive on the surface and are undoubtedly entertaining, they ultimately serve to direct social activity toward philanthropic flimflam rather than toward the elimination of the basic deficiencies in the organization of our economic and cultural life. It is not news that it may seem excessive to note that his endeavors leave much to be desired. What speaks volumes, though, is that there is a proper place in life for hatred. Hatred of that which is wrong is a powerful and valuable tool. But when L perverts hatred in order to wage a clandestine guerilla war against many basic human rights, it becomes clear that his epithets serve no purpose other than to concentrate all the wealth of the world into his own hands, so to speak. I once tried to explain to L that his prank phone calls will deny the obvious. Rather than feel ashamed of himself, L got angry at me. What this says is that if it turns out that there's decidedly no way to prevent L from plaguing our minds then I guess it'll be time to throw my cards on the table and call it quits. I'll just have to give up trying to provide a positive, confident, and assertive vision of humanity's future and our role in it and accept the fact that he seems unable to think of turns of speech that aren't hackneyed. What really grates on my nerves, however, is that L's prose consists less of words chosen for the sake of their meaning than of phrases tacked together like the sections of a prefabricated henhouse. Letting Lucas 'L" destroy the sovereignty of all nations and every feeling or expression of patriotism is a recipe for disaster. Period, finis, and Q.E.D. can bc just end the day this conversation from my point of view is over. i've said everything i wanted to say, the opinion won't change until i flip, so whatever. more time for dota
