Though I'm quoting myself, this is just to show that there was suspicion surrounding Rice the entire time. After RoL's odd response to his death, I went on a hunt to see who had made their first genuine post AFTER Chuiu's night post. This was because I believed RoL and at least one other mafia were faking inactivity and trying to lay low. As you can see, Rice's name surfaced.

Obviously all the figures in Rice's profile picture are all dressed in black. Weak argument but supportive of the case nonetheless.
This is where it gets much better. Near the back of the picture a man is wearing a coat (the second man from the right). Though I can't quite confirm it, there seems to be a camera-type object hanging from his neck. Rice has yet to deny this. As a matter of fact, in a private conversation with him he admitted to not knowing what they were. However, it doesn’t matter what they look to Rice so much as what they look to Chuiu. Looks like a camera to me so I’m going to extend this observation to Chuiu as well. Someone mentioned about the "trash in pockets" clue that maybe killers like to take pictures of their victims. Because it was later revealed in the paragraph that this mafia member did not have a gun, the clicking may have been from the camera. Also the mafia is "armed to the teeth". I brought up the question of why a man "armed to the teeth" would use a knife in my previous post. This is because a figure in Rice's picture (to the far right) is literally "armed to the teeth" with silverish fangs.
A semi-weak argument but Rice's profile picture also has a blatantly visible picture of a man holding a knife.

These are essential in solving the rest of the puzzle. As you can see on Rice's profile picture, there is a man wearing a bandana stating "Gravedigg..." A quick run through Google and Wikipedia led me here, to a "horrorcore" group called the Gravediggaz. Besides the constant references to death and killing, this group also has a lot of other hints linking them to the paragraph and Chuiu's clues. The other link is to the Gravediggaz unofficial website where you guys can dig up more clues. Please reference these pages for further arguments.
Poor Qatol. He had nowhere to go. Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide. Wait, were you thinking that I was talking about Qatol in the previous sentence? Nope. Check out the Gravediggaz wiki. Their 1994 single was called "Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide."
Just look at the song titles of the Gravediggaz and tell me they are not the type who would commit such acts. I don't mean to be judgemental, but "Diary of a Madman" and "Dangerous Mindz" seems to be descriptions fit for a man who would torture Qatol to death.
In the first quote (Chuiu's clue), the unessential parts of this clue were have a strikethrough but were kept in for the sake of context. The second quote contains the lyrics from the aforementioned song "Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide". It just happened to be the one I clicked for the following reasons:
      a) Chuiu made these clues and I doubt he went through very many songs to find content necessary for the clue.
      b) Chuiu made the clues so that we could theoretically interpret them properly. Choosing a random song and expecting the townspeople to go through each song is unlikely so I choose the song most relevant to the paragraph: "Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide".
Now what do these lyrics have to do with the clue? Well the killer was literally staring at Qatol and waiting, almost as if he was prowling his prey. Not only that, Qatol's killer only appeared after Camlito and Scara died. I would like to mention that this correlates with the whole "circle like a shark when fresh blood drips" part. When he (the killer) did make his move, he was jumping from seat to seat like an idiot ninja. I'd say "runnin mad wild" and "crazy, maniac, yo lunatic" are pretty good descriptions for that type of running around. Lastly, the killer rocked the knife back and forth. The obvious argument is that this sounds a lot like "rippin sheets from your skin". A stretch would take it so far as to say that "rocking back and forth" might reference the "child" aspect of the song.

- Rice has yet to offer a good argument other than the occasional sarcastic potshot at the clue analysis and claims of innocence.
- Each clue in Chuiu's posts is pointing at one specific mafia with specific clues. There isn't any person who'd fit the description better than Rice. I've offered him a chance to find someone who does fit better but he's yet to take me up on that offer and instead just says that I'm biased against him and that he gets targeted every game because of his profile picture.
- We don't lose much by killing off Rice.

- A lot of the Part 3 clue analysis is really specific and some of the arguments are stretches. We also have to assume that Chuiu would go that indepth (I've never played a long game with him so I'm not quite sure about his clue-making style). However, it's as much a stretch as some of these "ninja" arguments are getting at.
- Rice said he's innocent.
- The whole "rocked the knife back and forth" thing is odd and I think that might be a clue we just looked over. Not really related to Rice other than that one stretch I offered.

It's not worth keeping Rice alive. I admit these may be wrong (I am working with a heavy bias here) but I think this is enough of a case to warrant a lynch/VigiHit or if all else fails a cluecheck. The alternative is we keep a potential mafia alive, one who doesn't contribute much even if he is a townsperson.
