We gain less by choosing ace or folca actually, as stated before, folca will die tomorrow regardless of what happens tonight (unless of course people don't read and think for themselves and lynch him tonight like fools). As pointed out in all of Chuiu's games, he does not put any red herrings in the game, meaning you are defending a moot point on how someone read the passage, not what chuiu wrote. Even if Empyrean is mafia, we will find him sooner or later.

Empyrean got up from his desk, thirsty, went to the break room for a cup of coffee. Along the way he noticed Enigma writing a note, perhaps with the intention to replace Empyreans findings with false ones to throw the town off.

The fact that no other person claiming to be DT has spoken up saying that they investigated him and that Folca is mafia pretty much ensures that Folca isn't mafia. Honestly. If any of you guys were DT and someone claimed they were DT and accused Ace, wouldn't your natural reaction be to investigate Folca and see if he were lying? Exactly. I'm positive that some other DT has investigated Folca, found him to be DT, and is thus remaining silent.
