I have to disagree with you. People abstain from voting when they don't agree with the current trends in the game (the current Folca vs Ace thing is kind of ugly and fishy to me, it seems a bit too weird that someone would impale themselves on the cross for 1 Mafia kill. There is definitely a ploy in there to fuck the town over, imo.). Mafia would be more likely to play along with the plans in motion so as to mix themselves in with the crowd. At least that's how I see it.

There will definitely be a few mafia players trying to stir shit up or trying to gain trust, but definitely not all of them. Bandwagoning is never a good thing for mafia to do.
Of course nemY and SoleSteeler might be innocent, there is no clue pointing at them for now and abstaining doesn't mean they're mafia, but Folca has to use his second role check and I see these two as the best candidates for now. To check decaf would be another option, but only if we don't lynch him. I think the clue that links to decaf is veeeery weak tho.

Folca -> Kill Ace obviously.
Folca -> Kill Ace anyway, because he might still be mafia. Folca wouldn't sacrifice himself just to kill Ace as he could do that with his normal murdering ability without revealing himself. The reasons why a mafia would false-claim would either be confusion (worth far less than a mafia life i think) or trying to install another mafia as a trustworthy person (likely).
At the moment, Folca seems most likely to me, so I say we let him live another day. Mafia will not kill him tonight, so we get another detective ability out of him if he is indeed blue. We must kill him tomorrow though. If he is mafia, well, then he lives one day longer than he should, so what.
In the mean time, I'd kill someone unrelated to pass the time.

If folca was red - think of the confusion and chaos this has caused up. The plans we were talking about before are all fucked up. That HAS to be to the benefit of the mafia (whether it was intentional or not)

If he isn't mafia than he did a very similar thing that empyrean did (i think it was him, this was awhile ago afterall) last game which caused more problems for the town and we ended up losing an important roll. It just seems like he is trying to hurt the town more, since he targetted Ace, for whatever reason, probably because Ace was mayor last game.
Blue, red or green, whatever color Folca turns up he did cause an annoying situation.
edit: When I think about it, maybe it was intentional as part of a mafia scheme to do it like this, since Empyrean turned out to be telling the truth about his roll last game maybe people would be more inclined to believe someone doing it this game. Kinda seems far fetched but who knows, it has caused chaos to any organization we had planned.

this is actually my thoughts. I feel like we should go with a person who has more clues than someone who might steer us away from victory (on the first day nonetheless). Let's see how both players turn out in the next few days.
