Backstory
In the depths of the Saara Desert lies the Headquarters of the Holy Guardians, a secret cult with supernatural powers. Its purpose is to keep the Scarlet Menace from bringing terror to mankind.
The Scarlet Menace are vengeful spirits who travels throughout the spirit realm searching for humans to possess. Each time they kill a human, his enraged spirit becomes part of the Scarlet Menace and starts to haunt humankind with his new brothers. Their objective is to grow in number until they can live freely in the material world with the remaining humans enslaved. Secretly converting human spirits, either by night rituals or by turning innocent people lynched unfairly into vengeful souls, is their way of not going extinct. Leaving the Scarlet Menace out of control is condemning mankind to extinction.
They were first identified by The Sentinel, a now cyborg entity who lives in the deepest level of the Citadel, connected by cables and machines that keep him alive for centuries and link him to all parts of the world. The Sentinel is able to detect the presence of these spirits around the globe. Incapable of moving, he sends one of the Apostholes to get rid of them.
The Apostholes are figures with supernatural powers. Although not usually able to individually detect the possessed ones, they are able to establish a radius of where the spirits are located to build the Birdcage. Just one Aposthole is sent so no suspicions are raised when they arrive at the places they are designated to. The Apostholes are rare creatures with incredible powers that the Holy Guardians cannot afford to lose, although they have theCitadel Academy constantly training other students. So, it is also safer to send just one and believe in his abilities than risking losing more than one Aposthole in case of a mission failure.
The Birdcage is an energetic field created by The Sentinel's technology, which is able to separate the soul from the body of people who touches it. Its form resembles the cylindrical appearance of a common birdcage. Once activated, the Aposthole confines a group of people inside of it. If the Aposthole dies, the Birdcage will last for three whole months. People inside it will be doomed if not able to find food and water inside its radius, and all they can do is finding the Scarlet Menace and prevent them from growing in numbers until no living body is possessed.
The activation of The Birdcage also creates a hologram of The Sentinel. Its voice will echo throughout the whole area with the following message:
"Souls are corrupted and must be freed. It is up to you to decide who are the possessed ones and to eliminate their body in order to put an end to their agony. Humankind future existence lies on your shoulders."
And so the game begins.

Rules
Generic Mafia Rules
This game follows the standard TL Mafia rules and follows the banlist. These game specific rules overrides the standard ones, in case of conflict.
GlowingBear Rules
+ Show Spoiler +A. You have to post at least once per cycle (Day and Night). If you fail to do so, you will be modkilled on the next Night post. B. You will be instantly modkilled if you fail to vote. C. Replacements happens until the first 12 hours of Day 2. D. Flips from modkills happens only at Night Posts. E. Activity is desirable, but not overdoing it. In case you overdo it, a host may PM you limiting your posting in the following fashion: N = 6. H Where H is the number of full hours until the end of the ongoing daytime, and N is the number of posts you may use. F. Treat other players well. I can understand engaging in a heated discussion, but I will not tolerate insulting other player with pure intention of offending. I will modkill you if you go over the limits I consider tolerable myself. If you're afraid of not knowing what tolerable is in my opinion, just refrain from cussing and using ad hominem arguments, and you'll be safe. G. I reserve the right of not letting a player signing in this game in case I think he is toxic.

Open Setup: 9 players, ALL VANILLA, 2 Mafia Goons, 7 Vanilla Town.
Mafia Team always consists of 2 Mafia Goons .
Town Team always consists of 7 vanillas.
All players will receive a name, which is part of the plot, but does not have any claim purposes.
There are no clues in host posts.

The grandmother. Francesca Ricci was studying Law when she met Mario, her husband. They fell in love and she decided to stop trying so hard to be a lawyer, because, well, there are already lot of them. She joined her loved one in his restaurant, “La Premiata”, and thank god she did, because her pastries are the reason the restaurant got its first Michelin star. Mother of Rafaello, Antonio and Lucca, three boys, and grandfather to Lucca Gallo Ricci and Andrezza Gallo Ricci. You never really liked Michela Gallo Ricci, their mother, and married to your son Lucca.

The grandfather. Mario Ricci worked hard most of his life, building a restaurant in Milan called “La Premiata”. His business kept getting bigger and bigger, until he could finally retire and let the family take care of the business. Married to Francesca since he was 22, they lived a long and prosperous life together. He is the father of Rafaello, Antonio and Lucca, three boys, and grandfather to Lucca Gallo Ricci and Andrezza Gallo Ricci. Your greatest disappointment is Antonio, your son, a slob who has no job and stays home every day.

Rafaello is the youngest of the three sons of Mario and Francesca. Since he was young, he wanted to become a lawyer. He wanted to work with human rights and help people. But somehow, in his way, he gave up on this dream and decided to work with civil law. He now manages the legal part of “La Premiata”, the family restaurant. He is married with Fiona Marino Ricci, but have no kids. Mostly because Fiona lost a boy due to natural abortion, and they never recovered from the loss.

Fiona Marino Ricci is married to Rafaello. They met at college and both became great lawyers. They live by managing the legal part of the family restaurant “La Premiata”, but Fiona also is very engaged with pro bono jobs and became a teacher at her university. She doesn’t like Andrezza Gallo Ricci, who she thinks is a snob from a big family.

Antonio Ricci, the slob. 40 years and still living with parents, but no job at all. All he does is wake up, turn on his videogame and play until it is dark. But he is always ready to help the family if they need it. Mario is not feeling well? He will make a tea and call the doctor. Francesca is sad? He will talk to her until she feels well. Unfortunately, his unsuccessful life makes the other family members minimize all his efforts, making him less eager to get his life together. Snowballing, it is.

The youngest of the brothers, and the most handsome, too. Got Michela Gallo Ricci pregnant when they were 17. They were in love. At least Lucca was. The pregnancy led to a marriage. The marriage led to living together. The responsibilities of taking care of a child led to the need of having a job. The need of having a job made him a chef in the family restaurant. They now both work there, and although still living with parents, they have a happy life. They now have two kids, Lucca Gallo Ricci, 19 and Andrezza Gallo Ricci, 16.

Michela Gallo Ricci is married to Lucca Ricci. She is from a rich family, the Gallo’s, that own a farm that produces one of the finest olive oils of the world. She got pregnant from Lucca when she was 17, although she wasn’t sure if she was in love at that time. But, well, a kid will lead to a marriage. And the marriage led to love. Sometimes, love comes after. That’s what happened here. She now works with him at the restaurant, and takes care of the children at home. But, well, her family is always with her, and her snob friends sometimes are a bit of a pain in the ass to the rest of the family. At least they don’t have to spend much with olive oil, right?

Lucca Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallo Ricci! My god, this one is hyperactive! 19 years old, son of Lucca Ricci and Michela Gallo Ricci, he wants to work with cinema! Being an actor! Or maybe a stunt man! Maybe both! But GOD this quarantine is taking its toll. He already told his grandparents Mario and Francesa: “I NEED TO WORK OUT!”. And he does. He likes to swim, to do some sparring, he even got into crossfit at some point. But boy, don’t lock him at home like this. So noisy. The family can’t take anymore.

Andrezza is 16, Lucca Gallo Ricci is her brother, Lucca Ricci and Michela, parents, and Mario and Francesca, grandparents. She feels a little bit detached because she doesn’t really like their routine, nor their company. She prefer the books she is reading. Yeah, the books are fine. “Crime and Punishment” is a great read. If her brother could just shut up for once. Then she could read the Divine Comedy as soon as possible.
All 9 players will receive a Citizen name so claiming names are not used in order to figure out alignments

Mechanics
- Mafia KP is always 1
- Roleblocks aren't notified
- Mafia Roleblock is resolved before Jailkeeper's
- Roleblocked vigilante has his shot refunded
- Mafia KP isn't factional. It must be carried by individuals
- Mafia KP is subject to Roleblock. Mafia KP is subject to tracking.
- Mafia powerrole can carry the KP and perform his action simultaneously
- Veteran isn't roleblockable
- Town cannot no-lynch. Mafia cannot no-shoot. Roleblocking a mafia partner so he cannot deliver KP is forbidden.
- If Mafia doesn't send a KP, the carrier and the victim will be randomized.

As you can see, I want to keep going with the story. I will work forward. But I can also works backwards, explaining what happened in the last 5 years, etc. But this takes time (a lot) and I want to know if anyone is really interested in reading.
I'll keep editing the posts at night.
EDIT: Please let me know if the story sparkled interest. I may start writing a wattpad novel based on this, and chapters will be defined by the players choices in the game.
