It isn't. It makes perfect sense some people knew their alignment from teh start. Why otherwise start the game so early? If it is just null, rayn wouldn't waste our time. So some things happened for sure.

rayn is a good host. He even gives fake role pms to all mafia players individually if he hosts. Or at least how the Role PMs are build.
